The Charlatans last night with my lil sis and big bro 🥰 fab night tired today though 🤣

What?????? 🙈🤣🤣🤣🤣 can you imagine 🤪

1st time in YEARS out for a run this morning (new habit) I obviously train 4 times a week at the gym (it’s my job 💪🏻) but it’s time to come off the treadmill and get those early morning runs during the week so today was a ‘break in’ and a very bloody hilly one in Ogmore… but I nailed it 😊💪🏻 I hate running long distances, I’m all about short & sharp and a full on sprint at the end 💪🏻 HR up all the way so I found it bottom end of hard so I’ll keep this nice 20 min morning sea view run going now a few times a week and watch my HR lower, my legs get stronger and my time get faster 😊 less cardio at the gym now and along with this… heavier Wts 🏋️‍♀️ I’ve also gone back to figure skating ⛸️ once a week to try to get back what I can plus snowboarding again alongside surfing… must be a midlife crisis haha 💪🏻 at 55 I am still nailing it 💪🏻 and it all comes down to lifting weights guys, my frame is strong and I still feel 35 👏🏻🏋️‍♀️ GIVE ME A DM and I’ll get you on the road to a better life 🥰
