The main man is back in town! 🇧🇷🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

After an epic run over the pond in 🇺🇸 at the beginning of September in the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation World Master Championships 🥋

Head Professor Pedro Bessa has returned and is coming to see us all at G7 to show us the exact techniques that got him to the podium! 👏

We are all looking forward to seeing him on his return and share his knowledge and experience with the team 💯

Another huge experience for G7’s Luke ‘Big Man’ Thomas, who travelled to Poland to compete at the ADCC 🇵🇱

Luke went out there and put everything on the line, coming so close to securing the win.

What stands out most is Luke’s willingness to constantly put himself outside of his comfort zone 💯

Every competition and every tough match adds another layer to the athlete he is becoming.

G7 is proud of you! 👋👊❤️

A good morning out for G7’s Ben Dickenson at the Pro Sport Grappling Somerset Open yesterday 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Securing wins in the Gi and managing to take bronze in the Nogi in a very tough division 💯

The work ethic and confidence Ben brings is second to none! Always up for a challenge and testing himself 👏

A massive congratulations to G7’s Teddy Jenkins — aka SUPER TED!

What a performance from this young man, smashing his way through 2 age divisions in the NoGi, taking 🏅🥇 and also taking the belt 🔥

Teddy also stepped onto the mats in the Gi and battled his way to 🥉

The results are impressive, but what really stands out is the hard work, determination and pure grit Teddy shows for a child of his age 💯

He keeps turning up, keeps learning, keeps pushing himself and never backs down from a challenge. Ever!

What started as regular training whilst on holiday turned into an invitation for G7’s Ben Dickenson to compete in the Canary Islands! 👏

Ben’s ability clearly didn’t go unnoticed whilst training out there, earning him the opportunity to test himself against local competition 🥋

As pretty much standard, Ben takes the top spot ( photo pre medal ) ❤️

Constantly putting himself out there and testing himself against anyone that comes in front of him! 💯
