Capitals Girls, siblings and parents. Had the pleasure to attend, Race for Life yesterday and what a great event it was. Lots of fun had for such a great cause, showing the girls all coming together.

Capitals girls rugby, is inviting all girls to come down and join us. Come take part, learn our game and make friends along the way. Has your daughter just finished mixed team rugby and wants to try an all girls team.

We are welcoming girls, from our communities to come along and join us.
We are offering open training sessions, on Cantonian 3G pitches and welcoming girls from school years 6,7,8,9,10,11

We have Wru trained coaches, so you can be assured that no matter your knowledge of the game.
If you’re a new starter, or you wish to get back involved. We have good coaches to support you.
Come along, make new friends and have lots of fun in the process.

Such a great night, enjoyed by some of Capitals Girls last night. Not forgetting Top Coaches Steve & Nick. Huge thanks to Cardiff Rugby Community Foundation for the opportunity for the girls and to our lead club Fairwater Rfc MiniJuniors Fairwater Rugby Club for making it happen and allowing the girls to get involved and enjoy the experience. It was a wet & cold night, but didn’t stop the girls from having fun. 🩷🖤🏉
