Looking forward to our first September Introduction to Strength Programme with Elliot Mayor - Coach + PT & Rachael Sowden-Taylor welcoming a group of new members into our strength programme.

This is a great way to get started with us and includes 2 group introduction to strength training, 2 x InBody body composition tests and a healthy habits challenge to get you started in the best way alongside full access to all of our timetable.

INTRO TO ION60 STRENGTH CLASS

We’re back again this Monday at 6:45pm.

If you’ve been thinking about giving our ION60 Strength sessions a go but aren’t sure where to start, this class is for you.

We’ll take you through the key lifts and movement patterns we use in class, help you get comfortable with the equipment, and answer any questions along the way. It’s a relaxed, supportive session designed to build your confidence before joining our regular classes.

✔ Learn the foundations of strength training
✔ Get confident using barbells and weights
✔ Small group coaching
✔ No previous experience needed
