I started judo when I was nearly 19 years old.
I had a lot of problems and unfortunately I struggled with my emotions for a long time.
One day a Judo coach, Roy, came my school and I felt like everything started to get better.

I will always be grateful for judo and Dimensions.

A great afternoon at the WJA Inclusive and VI training session.

For those new members in our group, we are a unique judo club, perhaps unknown to you, we are a fully inclusive judo club, with members of all abilities and ages, we never turn anyone away, regardless of age or ability.
Some of us are slow learners, some are quick learners, some of us can understand instructions quickly some a lot slower, we have some of the best coaches/ volunteers in the country who understand these points and can run a safe session in this inclusive class.
We all aim for the best we can achieve and these coaches can get you there.
We are not all the same in learning, but learning skills at your own pace is important.
Just keep learning/ have fun/get fit and enjoy our sessions.

Happy New Year everyone, our judo sessions in St Mellons re starts this Saturday 13th January.
Time .
Juniors ; 0945 to 1045.
Seniors ; 1045 to 1145.
Seniors who want to help with the junior session are very welcome to attend both sessions.
New members are welcome, first session free, we have spare judo jackets and belts.
From 4yrs of age, just turn up.
