Cardiff Open Volleyball Tournament is the ONLY indoor 4 court tournament in Wales. It comprises of 24 teams (12 men / 12 women) competing over a weekend.
The Cardiff Open has been around for a few years now. It is organised by Cardiff Volleyball Club and is available to all clubs (Local / Regional / NVL 3). All 4 courts are contained under one roof with plenty of room for all clubs to make themselves comfortable. There is an on site "cafe" which is run by the club, offering a variety of cold / hot snacks, tea/coffee and plenty of other delights. Th
Remember folks, it's a bit warm out there at the moment. Please make sure you are fully hydrated this weekend. There are vending machines to hand.
A big Tescos is close by if you want to get water etc.
Play hard, play well. Enjoy. Keep safe.

Not long to go.
Representative of clubs please check your emails regarding playing orders, ref duties etc.
In summary.
All players to wear numbered uniform shirts as per FIVB rules.
Rotation sheets/slip ready to be provided to relevant refs to avoid disputes.
1st ho**er signifies start of match, 2nd ho**er signifies end.
Please make yourselves match ready. Lateness just delays everything.
Any questions please message via email to Steve or reply to here which I will reply ASAP. Scoresheets and entered and signed for will signify as final.

Ladies and Gentle type men.... we are not permitted to serve our glorious food as previous ( regulations ) however we are hoping to serve tea/coffee/hot chocolate with biscuits, cake and fruit.
We cannot supply water ourselves but there is water available via vending machines.
