Recently, I've started a new job at my local JD gyms! Where you are now looking at the new Duty Manager! 🤓
This means I have had to say a final goodbye to all my current clients and all the people I have trained over the 9 years of personal training clients one-on-one. You've all been great and will be missed!
Although this ends a big chapter on my business and career, I am excited to tackle this new challenge and will still be training clients online!

Isolation exercises are important and great for targeted those muscles that may need a bit more stimulus or sometimes get neglected amongst the compound movements.
Isolation training is also super important in rehab, as it gives you more advanced control over the muscle you are working, keeping it safe and stimulating growth and repair in a more concentrated way.
And sometimes you just want to build a big b***y and will only want to train those glutes! 🍑😅

Went on a foraging course in and learned about many cool things that you would normally walk by but are perfectly edible and are rather tasty!
My favourite was the pineapple w**d! 🍍
This plate of good is what was offered at the end, formed of edible goods that have been made from all foraged foods!
I highly recommend trying your local foraging course out!

- Full of healthy fats
- Tastes great!
Fats are good for us! Animal based fats have cholesterol and are often saturates. But as vegans, we don't need to worry about that! 😄
Plants don't have any dietary cholesterol and are predominately healthy unless you are using refined fats like oils or margarine.
So, don't get fixed up on these too much! 😄
But anyway, avocados are great! 😄

In most cases, these exercises are what will make the majority of your workouts.
I favour these at the start of workouts followed by the isolation exercises to target single muscle groups that have been missed or I want to be stimulated further.
Most common: Bench press, squats, deadlifts, Shoulder press and lunges.

So, anthropogenic climate change is here and has been happening and will continue to happen.
There is no denying it now, and as our current governments are not doing enough to tackle it, the best power we have is to vote in governments that have climate change at the front of their agenda.
If you are in the UK, that will be the Green Party without a doubt. Labour are pulling back on all their climate promises, and that is not good enough. is the way forward.
Also, being vegan is the best thing we can do individually outside our voting power to help the climate! So, go and stay vegan! 😁 🌱

Climate change information like this has been around for ages. The Oxford study that came to this conclusion was back in 2018. Our knowledge of the relationship between our food and global warming goes way beyond this though, but it's never spoken about. Not even at any COP conferences.
Making changes to our diet is the easiest and simplest way to help prevent climate change. Give Vegan a try!
