Okay we might be a bit biased, but Gower Peninsula (or Penrhyn Gŵyr in Welsh) punches well above its weight in terms of incredible natural environments and adventure opportunities to suit all levels. 🥾🏄🧗‍♂️

Whether you're looking for an outdoors-focused stag or hen celebration, a large family get-together, or a corporate team building day, Gower is the perfect place to unplug, recharge, and spend quality time together as a group. 🤙

If you were celebrating Christmas in one of out destinations which would you choose? 🎄🤔 Portugal, Wales, Croatia, or Spain?

Here's a quick insight into each country's Christmas traditions:

Portugal 🇵🇹 – Families gather for Consoada, a traditional Christmas Eve supper, and attend Midnight Mass, with nativity scenes (presépios) taking centre stage.

Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 – Christmas is filled with cosy celebrations, carol singing, and festive foods like mince pies and bara brith, a traditional fruit loaf.

Croatia 🇭🇷 – The season begins with Advent, festive markets, candle-lighting traditions, and a strong focus on family and faith on Christmas Eve.

Spain 🇪🇸 – Celebrations run long, with elaborate nativity scenes, festive street life, and gift-giving often saved for Three Kings Day in January.

Earlier this month the Sustainable Travel International crew joined us for an epic offsite on the island of Madeira. 🏞️ As well as making the most of the valuable time together for impactful strategy sessions and delicious shared meals, they also enjoyed a variety of incredible outdoor adventures including canyoning, hiking, surfing, and tree-planting. 🌱 What a perfect way to build momentum for a successful and impactful new year! 🚀
