And just like that, we say goodbye to the greatest years of our lives. We want to take this moment to thank everyone who has supported CECA since we opened our doors back in 2012. We want to thank every athlete who’s ever taken to the floor with us or even just attended one of our classes or camps! We want to thank everyone who has ever coached or volunteered at our programme, especially to the woman who started it all and paved the way for so many of us - you’re simply the best! As we look back on the years at Central Explosion, it’s been filled with so many amazing memories and opportunities and just so much love and we hope you can all cherish these moments with us - we are so grateful for all of this! However with all that being said - as one door closes, another opens 🚪👀💁🏽♀️ everyone go and follow and get ready for the 😎🤩🙌🏼🖤

Y’all did INSANE at this weekend 🤩🙌🏼 we loved watching you all take the floor with one of the strongest routines we’ve ever put out and for hitting ZERO at one of the toughest competitions of the year 🤩🙌🏼💥💣💙
Watching this routine was a tough one, as for some of you it was the last time you’ll be taking the floor with CECA across your chest 😭💔 I’m finding it hard to put into words what I want to say to you all without getting choked up (again) so all I’m going to say is THANK YOU 😭💙 thank you for letting me coach you all for the best part of 6/7 years, thank you for trusting me and the process and thank you for always leaving it all on the mat! You will all have a special place in my heart forever and ever & I wish you all the best with whatever the future holds. For those returning next season, get ready because it’s about to get wild 🤩🎱🙌🏼 For those of you getting off at season 7, please know that you’ll always have a home at CECA and we love you forever - never be strangers!! Here’s to Season 7 and to everyone who’s been on this journey with us. We can’t wait to see what the future holds.
