I’m not going to lie…modern health and fitness is missing many points. What else would you add? 🌞🏋🏻‍♂️

We’ve normalised dysfunction…

Your 30s aren’t supposed to feel like burnout.

Yet most people are walking around with symptoms they’ve been told are “just aging.”

They’re not...

Here are 7 signs your body is off (and where to start)👇

1️⃣ Cold hands and feet all day 🥶

This isn’t just “poor circulation.”

It’s often a low T3 thyroid issue.

Iron and selenium are required for T4, T3 conversion. Without them, your metabolism slows.

Run a full panel: TSH, Free T3, Free T4, antibodies, reverse T3, not TSH alone 🩸

2️⃣ Constant lower back pain 😒

Not always structural… often neurological.

Chronic stress keeps your body in fight-or-flight, tightening muscles and locking in pain patterns.

Fix the inputs like better breathing, better posture, better environment.

Try diaphragmatic breathing, lacrosse ball release work, and magnesium on tight areas.

3️⃣ Waking up in the night to p*e 🚽

This is rarely random.

Think circadian rhythm disruption, cortisol spikes, or mineral imbalance.

You need more potassium, less artificial light at night, use blue light blockers or warm lighting.

4️⃣ Only pooping every 2 days 💩

That’s not “normal”.

1–2 bowel movements per day is a better sign of healthy digestion.

If not, waste is sitting in your system too long.

Raw carrot salad, daily movement, magnesium citrate, kiwi or prune juice can get things moving.

5️⃣ Low s*x drive 👎

Low libido isn’t low interest… it’s low energy.

Your body won’t prioritise reproduction when it’s stressed or under-fuelled.

Support hormones with Zinc-rich foods (oysters, beef liver), enough saturated fat, deep sleep.

6️⃣ Waking up tired 😴

You didn’t just “sleep badly.”

Your circadian rhythm is off.

And that drains you more than most workouts.

Fix the basics like sleeping before 10PM, reduce blue light at night, get morning sunlight daily.

7️⃣ “Your blood work is normal” 🩸

Normal isn't optimal.

It just means you fall within population averages.

That’s not the same as thriving.

Start looking at functional ranges, not just lab ranges.

Your body isn’t breaking down…

It’s responding to what you’re giving it.

6 things silently draining your energy that doctors blame on aging👀

You’re told it’s “just getting older.”

But most of this is down to your physiology, not your birthdays.

Your energy didn’t just disappear overnight.

Your habits changed.

Here’s what’s actually happening...

1️⃣ Lack of collagen & connective tissue 🦴

After age 25, our collagen production drops around 1% per year, reducing joint stability and metabolic efficiency.

Add 10–15g collagen daily plus vitamin C to support tissue repair.

2️⃣ Irregular sleep timing (even if hours are “enough”) 💤

Your body runs on a circadian rhythm.

Sleeping at different times disrupts your cortisol and melatonin, lowering your energy output.

Go to bed and wake up within the same 30–60 minute window daily.

3️⃣ Breathing through your mouth instead of your nose 👃

Mouth breathing can keep the body in a stress state.

It reduces nitric oxide production, affects oxygen efficiency, and can worsen poor breathing patterns.

Practice nasal breathing during the day and while walking.

4️⃣ Artificial lighting all day 💡

Your brain will always thinks it’s daytime.

Indoor light is poorer than natural light, which can disrupt your circadian signals and hormone output.

Get 10 minutes of outdoor light within 30 minutes of waking (no sunglasses).

5️⃣ Eating most meals alone 🫠

Eating alone interestingly can increase stress hormones, reducing stomach acid and nutrient absorption.

This is why I urge your to share at least one meal a day with another person when possible.

6️⃣ Poor lymphatic drainage from inactivity 🚽

Your Lymphatic system has no pump... movement is the pump.

A stagnant lymph can mean puffiness, sluggishness, and fatigue.

Walk 20–30 minutes daily and add gentle bouncing or arm swings.

10 weird signs you’re actually healthy 🫶👇

Health isn’t just about blood tests and tracking your body weight.

Sometimes your body gives subtle signs things are working well.

1️⃣ You have warm hands & feet 👣

Usually this is a great sign of good circulation and healthy metabolism.

Cold extremities can reflect poor blood flow, stress, or low thyroid function.

2️⃣ You have hairy toes 🦶

Hair growth on the toes can be a sign blood flow is reaching the extremities well.

Poor circulation often shows up first in the feet.

3️⃣ You wake up naturally early 🌅

Often means your cortisol rises in the morning and melatonin dropped overnight like it should.

A healthy circadian rhythm matters.

4️⃣ You have visible veins during workouts 💪🏻

Exercise increases blood flow and vasodilation.

Seeing veins during training can simply reflect strong circulation and healthy vascular response.

5️⃣ You can walk faster than most people 🚶‍♂️

Walking sp*ed is strongly associated with fitness, heart health, and longevity.

Efficient movement usually reflects good energy systems.

6️⃣ You have nail beds 💅

Healthy pink nail beds with quick capillary refill often suggest good oxygen delivery and circulation.

7️⃣ You get hungry in the morning 🌅

Morning appetite can be a sign your metabolism is active and your body is ready for fuel.

Chronic stress often blunts hunger cues.

8️⃣ You have no deep sock marks 🧦

Minimal swelling around the ankles or no pitting edema can suggest better hydration, protein status, and fluid balance.

9️⃣ Your cuts on your body heal quickly 🩸

Healing well often reflects adequate protein, zinc, vitamin C, and a resilient immune system.

🔟 You have regular daily bowel movements 💩

Healthy digestion and gut motility matter more than people think.

Regular bowel movements are often a strong sign the body is functioning well.

Your body gives clues every day.

4 essential supplements you should take if you travel ✈️👇

The most common problem I see with people travelling isnt there ability to maintain their results...

It's actually preventing them from gettign sick.

Because it can ruin a trip fast.

Digestive bugs, food poisoning, dehydration, stress, and sleep disruption all increase the risk.

Here’s my simple travel support protocol focused on prevention & recovery👇

1️⃣ Electrolytes daily 💦

Flights, heat, alcohol, diarrhea, and sweating can dehydrate you fast.

Low minerals often worsen fatigue, headaches, cramps, and digestion.

This is why I use electrolytes daily while traveling, especially on flight days or if you’re sick.

2️⃣ Magnesium at night 🌙

The combination of travel stress, poor sleep and constipation are common triggers for feeling awful abroad.

Magnesium can support relaxation, bowel regularity, sleep quality, and muscle recovery.

I usually take it in the evening.

3️⃣ Saccharomyces boulardii 💊

One of my top travel supplements.

This is a probiotic especially effective at preventing the growth of pathogens, and has been shown to improve bouts of diarrhoea.

I often use it before and during travel.

4️⃣ Activated charcoal or zeolite powder

Best used at the first sign of food poisoning, or if you have any bloating, or digestive distress.

These binders may help absorb unwanted compounds and reduce gas/bloating.

Important: take them away from supplements, food, and medications.

My travel basics pack = electrolytes + magnesium + S. boulardii + charcoal/zeolite.

Its best to be travel prepared rather than travel panicked.

What’s the one supplement you never travel without? 👇

6 signs your body is trying to tell you something👇

Your body doesn’t just give up and fail out of nowhere.

It tends to send you signs and signals long before a disease shows up.

Most people just don’t know how to read them...

1️⃣ You have itchy skin even without a rash

Your outer skin is a reflection of the inner skin.

This often points to a sluggish liver, poor detoxification and poor bile flow.

You need to support it with bitter foods, adequate protein, and daily bowel movements.

When waste exits properly, the skin stops asking for help.

2️⃣ Constant sugar cravings

This isn’t always a lack of willpower.

When you have blood sugar crashes and high stress levels it often drives quick energy demands.

This is why you need to pair protein and fat with carbs and every 3-4 hours.

Because stable blood sugar levels with usually support your cravings naturally.

3️⃣ White-coated tongue

Your mouth is the first entry point to your gut.

This often reflects candida overgrowth, gut dysbiosis or low stomach acid.

Slow meals, thorough chewing, and bitter foods support digestion.

You've got to start addressing digestion upstream and the tongue clears on its own.

4️⃣ Persistent Bloating after meals

This is not normal signs of digestion.

It points to low digestive enzymes, inflammation, or bacterial overgrowth (especially after eating carbs).

Start simplify your meals and support digestion before eating.

A calm gut doesn’t inflate after food.

5️⃣ Your wired but tired

You’re tired but you can’t seem to shut down in the evening.

Your cortisol rhythm is peaking too late instead of falling at night.

This is why morning sunlight and earlier dinners help reset the rhythm.

Because when your energy returns your cortisol and melatonin swap roles again.

6️⃣ You have tight shoulders

Interesting fact but your nervous system is stuck in survival mode.

That chronic sympathetic activation keeps those muscles in your shoulders locked and braced at rest.

Try slow nasal breathing with long exhales to help lower stress signaling which in term supports your nervous system.

This is why relaxation is a physiological skill and needs to be taught.

These are the daily habits that have changed my life👇

1️⃣ No screens for the first 90 minutes of the day📵

2️⃣ Going for a walk and seeing the sun rising to set my circadian rhythm🌅

3️⃣ Hydrating before I have any caffeine using minerals/electrolytes💦

4️⃣ Eating better quality foods, not restricting and eating less🥩

5️⃣ Setting my intentions for the day, weeks and months. But also have gratitude even if the day doesn't go well📔

6️⃣ Training to be powerful! and not to shrink and limit myself belief ⚡️

(This is why personal development and training is so important)

7️⃣ Stretching and daily movement 🙆‍♂️

I've noticed this more hitting my 30's! My aim is to be as supple as a leopard.

We're built to move, not to rust.

8️⃣ Scheduling everything📔

"What gets measured gets managed" when I look at my successful months and years I can see a pattern...

I schedule everything, my meals, my training, coaching sessions, appointments, downtime, meals out and date nights with my wife.

9️⃣ Habit stacking🪥

Learning new healthier habits can be tough, which is why you need to habit stack.

My dental care, skincare, lymphatic brushing all get stacked in my morning shower. It's worked wonders for me!

🔟 Respecting my sleep💤

Whoever said you can sleep when your dead is talking utter 💩

Without sufficient rest and sleep you'll cease to function.

You need 3 Daily Wins🥳

1️⃣ Physical Win🏋🏻‍♂️

Get a lift in at the gym.

Hit a run or go for a nice long walk.

2️⃣ Mental Win🧠

Read a book.

Create something and connect with like minded people.

3️⃣ Spiritual Win🪄

You could pray/meditate, study something new or just be still.

After all consistency is what will make these results last. Or what I like to call 'The Power of Tiny Gains.

You can either get 1% better every day (x 365 days) = 37.78% better each year

OR 1% worse every day (x 365 days) = 0.03

Either way these small wins add up over time.

What are you chasing today?

This is the type of rich I'm looking for🫶🏻

You've been lied to.

They told you wealth is measured in your bank account.

But here's what nobody's saying..

The richest people I know are..

😴Exhausted by 2pm

💊On multiple medications

👶Can't play with their kids

😱Sacrificing health for success

They've sold you the dream that you can "grind now, rest later."

Just push through the fatigue (but in reality it crashes your hormones).

Sleep when you're dead (which long term destroys your metabolism).

Success requires sacrifice (your body eventually always pays the price)

All while your health slowly deteriorates.

This isn't how it should be.

You should wake up with energy, not dragging yourself out of bed.

Your body should move freely, not be held back by pain.

Your mind should be sharp, not foggy and scattered.

The real wealth?

A fit body. A calm mind. A house full of love.

And these things cannot be bought - they must be earned through optimisation.

That's why I'm on a mission to show high performers that health IS the foundation of everything else.

Better health = better focus, energy, relationships, performance, and life quality.

That's what my 1:1 Functional Health Coaching delivers the protocols to become truly wealthy.

You've just got to reach out 😉
