Final instructions
🏴 GLYNDURO EVENTS & CAPTAINS ADVENTURE PRESENT 🏴
Round 5 of the summer series & kids racing at -
📍 Aberbeeg enduro track
South wales 🏴 (the home of British enduro)

📌SATURDAY PLAY DAY - 10am > 4pm (last lap entry at 3.30pm)
🕗Signing on from 8am
📌 SUNDAY KIDS RACES -
🕢Signing on from 7.30am > 9.30am
(Bear in mind race 1 starts at 9am so you’ll need to be signed on by 8.30am for race 1)
We will allow parents to sign kids on as a day entry for Sundays kids race during Saturday afternoon, reason being if the play day kids enjoy the track and decide they want to race on Sunday we will accommodate them.
🏁Kids race 1 - 9am > 9.45am (last lap called when lead rider passes lap scoring at 35-40 mins)
🏁Kids race 2 - 10am > 11am (last lap called when lead rider passes lap scoring at 1hr)
📌 SUNDAY ADULTS RACE -
🕢Signing in from 7.30am > 11am
If you are camping you can sign on for Sundays race on Saturday afternoon from 2pm - 5pm
Please do so to save the queues Sunday morning.
Adult race duration - 12.30pm > 3pm (2.5hr hare & hound on a 10 mile enduro loop)

🔧 PARTS TENT -
MP Enduro Works will be onsite selling parts and doing bike maintenance
🍔CATERING -
Absolutely stunning food van onsite all weekend SMASH “N” GRILL
⛺️ CAMPING -
Free of charge all weekend Fri > sun
Please act responsible in the camping field, music and generators off by 11pm, zero tolerance.
No fires except for small off the ground type of fires/bbq’s/burners
Beware of bikes riding back and forth the track and equally riders watch out for people.
🏍️ RIDERS -
At all times when riding from parking field to track, remember it’s walking pace strictly, absolutely no riding the bike in the camping field and no wheelies or stupid behaviour.
Anyone seen doing so will be asked to leave site immediately.
Lot of children on site which makes this rule even more important.
Helmets to be worn at all times.
No passengers on bikes.
NO REVVI BIKES 🚫
Strict rule from NORA motorsport, we are not allowed revvi bikes riding around the camping field or anywhere at the venue, please respect this safety rule.
LITTER 🚫
Please we kindly ask you to not leave any litter whatsoever in either the camping field or on any of the tracks or at any place in this lovely venue.
You put it in a bag and take it home with you.
If we see or hear of any single person littering at our events you will be banned indefinitely like previous people have been at previous events.
PLEASE ARRIVE WITH PLENTY OF TIME ON SUNDAY, WE HAVE A VERY BUSY MORNING SO THE EARLIER YOU CAN ARRIVE THE BETTER.
