Our "Ballet with Friend & Family Week" was a one-off special, but the memories (and shared laughter) will definitely stick around. Seeing our dancers step into the role of supportive mentors for their loved ones was so inspiring.

It takes a little courage to walk into a dance studio for the first time—especially as an adult! But seeing partners, friends, and family members holding hands at the barre proved once again that anyone can learn ballet when surrounded by the right community.

Thank you to everyone who shared their space and brought such wonderful energy into the studio this week!

There is nothing quite like watching our dancers introduce the people they love to the magic of ballet! 🩰✨
​For our special "Ballet with Friend & Family Week," our studio was filled with double the energy, so many shared giggles, and incredible teamwork. Watching our regular dancers gently guide their partners, parents, and best friends through their very first pliés and tendus was an absolute joy.

A special thank you to Fortify S&C () for sharing your incredible expertise with us. This specialized session gave our adult dancers the perfect supplemental training to balance out ballet technique and build functional strength🩰💪

From hopping drills for safer allegro landings 🩰 to targeted floor work for deep core strength 🔥 and resistance band barre exercises 💪, the variety kept us all completely engaged!

It was so inspiring to see everyone dive in with such fantastic energy and dedication. Thank you all for your amazing hard work!
