Hi there Yogis, I'm sorry to have been out of sight for a while, I miss our practice together and think about y'all lots πŸ˜ƒ.

My Paramedic degree course is going really well, I knew it would be a huge commitment, and it is. But I'm enjoying it and as we come into the autumn am looking forward to prioritising some Yoga time for the sake of my physical health and peace of mind.

I hope that you're all doing really well and just wanted to share with you a chance to get on the mat, maybe get into a new good habit and even see me on the mat next to you in a class soon 😁.
