Well done to Lily, Paolo and Owain today at their first competition at the Dragons Academy Open in Llanishen. Showing great progress throughout their contests and emerging with smiles. 👏🥋

Last session before the summer break and we have a record 34 new grades after two weeks of gradings and relentless practice throughout the year. Always good to see some more colours and stripes on the mats. Great work all.

Very proud to present sensei Tibor with a cheque from our recent fundraiser to help him on his way to the World Championship Veterans in Abu Dhabi next week.

Tibor came along to our juniors session to talk about his judo journey and we had a competition focussed session, complete with an authentic referee.

A top night out was had by some of our judoka at the combined masters session and National Randori at the Welsh Institute of Sport last night.

Running every Tuesday and Thursday, the randori sessions are a great workout and a fab way to hone your skills.
