Now taking January appointments! www.spokesperson.bike
16/12/2022
Thanks to all our friends for your support through an exciting 2022.
Stay safe and warm! We’ll see you next year! 👋
5 steps of your appointment at SpokesPerson!
1. Make your appointment online at https://spokesperson.bike/ola/services/bike-drop-off
2. Come with your bike and any questions — we often keep the door closed for sound and to stay warm, so don’t hesitate to knock if you see a closed door! If we’re in a meeting or away, we’ll put a note on the door.
3. The mechanic (either Willoughby or Afshin) will ask you about your bike, see what’s going wrong and have a look at it with you there. They can give you a price estimate (or a set price if the problem is easy), and a time estimate. Some jobs can be done that day, and some take a few days if we have to order parts or have lots of customers.
4. We’ll take your phone number and text or ring you when the bike is ready.
5. When your bike is ready, come anytime during working hours (best to let us know when you’re coming so we’re there), and pay for the service by cash or card. You can get an email receipt, and also contribute to our Pay It Forward fund.
