Notice of Annual General Meeting – Canton RFC

Dear Members,

You are hereby formally notified that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Canton RFC will be held on Tuesday, 5th May 2026 at 7:00pm, at the Canton RFC clubhouse.

The AGM provides an important opportunity for members to participate in the governance and future direction of the club. All members are encouraged to attend.

Members are invited to submit proposals for consideration at the meeting. Proposals must be made in writing and sent via email to [email protected] in advance of the meeting.

The agenda for the AGM will include, but is not limited to, the following items:

Voting in of the Club Management Committee

Ratification of a new Club Constitution

Further details regarding any additional agenda items will be circulated in due course.
