Hello everyone — I’m Paul, a St Edeyrn’s resident and CYTECH-qualified cycle technician. After being asked by several people in the village about group rides, basic repairs, and general cycling advice, I decided to set up this page as a friendly, local space to support community cycling.

I’m starting at Tredz https://www.tredz.co.uk this Friday, and locally my focus is on relaxed, family-friendly road rides, simple bike checks, and practical advice that helps people feel safer and more confident on their bikes. Whether you’re new to cycling, riding with children, or just getting back on the bike, the aim here is to keep things inclusive, welcoming, and pressure-free.
