WE ARE BACK!!

After a well needed & well deserved summer break, we are ready to get things rolling as we look ahead to another packed rugby season for the team(s).

Looking forward to the players being back on the turf, kitted & booted up for the 1st training session.
Keeping an eye out for any "New Season,New Boots" purchases!

Hard ground boots/molds or Trainers recommended

All Abilities - Whether a returning player, new to the game or just looking to get some extra steps in. All are welcome.

Great day spent down Cardiff Arms Park with Cardiff Rugby Community Foundation. Thanks to all new and old friends who came down to participate and support.

Training at Llandaff Fields 1pm next Sunday. Get in touch if you fancy getting involved.

Excited to announce we are taking part in a taster session at Cardiff Arms Park on the 12th April.

This weekend we have the final game of the season vs Port Talbot Panthers
