💀SKULL CRUSHER💀

Our unique class to TG!

Skull Crusher is all about adventure and developing and testing our fitness outside of the gym. Over the years we have explored forests, mountains, reservoirs and beach’s across south Wales 🌲🗻🌊🏖️

We are proud of what we have all created in our Skull Crusher class. Team TG have pushed themselves outside of their comfort zones and develop new skills that are only growing!!

We are confident that what we have created in the Skull Crushers will continue and others will carry the ‘Trail Finder’ gauntlet! We are excited to see what it becomes over time.
