I am super proud to show the progress that Mandy has made since starting with me it has been an unbelievable journey for her from doing classes in the gym daily to only doing a couple per week and focusing on the gym floor now!

She decided to join into this photoshoot late because she needed her holiday out of the way and she still managed to look like this it just shows when you have a goal in sight, guidance and the right support in place anything can be achieved.

I believed that everything i put into place would be followed by her and she done that and more, still enjoying a full bag of nuts 🥜 every now and then but the work ethic when in the gym and following the plan was on point!

The amount of comments she gets weekly from other members of the gym on how much she's changed and how she looks is amazing, hard work pays off, always putting the effort in making every session count even on the off days!
