⭐️ LIVERY SPACES NOW AVAILABLE ⭐️
due to a few recent horse sales we now have several spaces available for livery.
We are able to offer DIY assisted, part or full livery.
All livery options INCLUDE hay or haylage.
We are located rural Carlisle, just outside a beautiful country village, CA6 4BW postcode.
Here is what we have to offer 🥰
⭐️ our stables -
-We currently have spaces in our beautiful, ventilated, well lit bradmore indoor stable barn.
-Our barn is laid out a little different to the standard.
And is split in to 3 sections each with their own main sliding access doors, with 3 stables in 2 of the sections and 4 in the other. This allowed us more walkway spaces so horses aren’t constantly biting each other whilst walking in and out and a huge amount more storage for each stable.
The stables are positioned so they can all see a friend.
This layout also allows more privacy, and as mentioned storage/ space so we don’t find ourselves in each others way/ constantly on top of each other in limited spaces.
-The stables themselves are lovely big stables, each fitted with 3/4 length hay bar (goes up to the stable top with a slanted inward grill and a gap to floor to allow hay seeds to drop for removal.
- the stables are naturally lit through the day with fantastic lighting once dark, with electric throughout.
We have a couple of different running water/ hose points for filling buckets/ bathing horses and a hot water shower pending.
⭐️ off set private stable block
- we have a private, off set stable block also available which consists of 3 stables
- 2 for bigger ponies or horses
- and a smaller stable for small pony/ Shetland.
This private setting is enclosed but overlooking the arena.
- it has its own parking area/access point, own muckheap right by it (so you don’t have to make your way to the main yard to dump muck)
Its own hose pipe/ running water point, attached storage shed, lighting and electricity.
⭐️ storage
- we offer ample storage space with options to store directly by your stable, ample space in our secure Tackroom and ample feedroom space.
- we also offer trailer/ lorry parking, this is covered with fantastic security coverage.
⭐️ turnout
- we offer all year turnout, in a field.
We do not restrict turnout in the winter months.
We do not only allow hard standing turn out in winter months.
We offer the same turnout options all year round, daily, for as long as you want.
- we do however allow additional hay/haylage to be fed in the fields during the winter months (got to keep those tummy’s full!)
- our fields are sectioned in to roughly 2 acre paddocks and we do individual or paired/small group depending if you want to group up with someone.
⭐️ arena
- we have a beautiful silica sand x fibre 50 x 30 arena.
- the arena has flood lights which are a life saver during those early dark nights. The use of the lights is included.
- we have a full set of bright showjumps with plenty to see, and a BS standard water tray for those who like to get out competing.
We also have a BS level 5 advanced course builder within our team who is happy to set correct to standard distances for specific distance training if you need it, when he is available.
Full use of the arena/ jumps is also included
⭐️ hacking
We have miles of country hacking with big grass verges.
(You can even hack to the local pub if you wish for a cold drink. A lovely little village pub called the crown and thistle, they also do amazing food)
⭐️ current liveries
We are a small friendly yard and we have a fantastic bunch of liveries who all look out for each other, and each others horses.
Everyone gets on brilliantly and like to get out and about hacking with each other when available to join up.
- when we can we like to get out and about to shows, beach rides and the likes of and happy to fill spaces on the wagon for those who want to join.
⭐️ local competition venues/ beaches/ fun rides.
- we are roughly 15 minute drive away from both Murray house and Greenlands which both regularly host competitions/ training days of a verity of disciplines.
- about 30 min drive from powfoot beach over the Scottish border
And many more
We are just off junction 44 and a short drive over the border to Gretna.

We try our best to accommodate everyone’s needs the best we can and adapt packages to suit individuals requirements the best that we can, everyone and every horse is different!
We also offer other additions such as, lessons, clipping, show help etc if you require.
