Diolch i am ganiatáu i’n Prif Hyfforddwr Pêl-rwyd, Hannah, i ymuno â’ch sesiwn hyfforddi cyn i’r tymor ddechrau.
Bu’r tîm yn gweithio ar eu sgiliau ymosod a’u rheolaeth o’r gêm – pob lwc ar gyfer y tymor ⭐️⭐️

Thank you to for allowing our Netball head coach Hannah to join your pre-season training.

Diwrnod gwych yn croesawu Academi CPD Tref Caerfyrddin i’r YDDS! ⚽🎓

Cafodd y chwaraewyr flas go iawn ar brofiad yr YDDS gyda:

⚽ Sesiynau technegol a thactegol
💪 Cryfder a Chyflyru
🏊 Adferiad yn y pwll
🎓 Ymweliad â Undeb y Myfyrwyr

Cyfle gwych i arddangos ein cyfleusterau a rhoi profiad uniongyrchol i’r chwaraewyr o’r hyn sydd gennym i’w gynnig.

Diolch am ymweld, Academi CPD Tref Caerfyrddin! 👏⚽

Braf oedd croesawu tîm U19 tref Llanelli i PCYDDS heddiw, er mwyn iddynt gael profiad o’n cyfleusterau a gweld sut y gallwn barhau i gefnogi eu datblygiad academaidd a chwaraeon yn y dyfodol! Cwblhawyd profion, sesiynau cryfder a chyflyru, sesiynau technegol, ac yna sesiwn adfer yn y pwll a chinio 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Roedd yn bleser mawr eu cael gyda ni, ac roeddent yn glod i’r clwb 🌟🌟

Great to welcome Llanelli town u19s to UWTSD today, for them to experience our facilities and see how we can continue both their academic and sporting progressions in the future! We completed testing, S&C, technical sessions, followed by pool recovery and lunch 🙌🏼🙌🏼
It was a huge pleasure having them and they were a credit to the club 🌟🌟

🎓🎓 Graduation / Graddio 🎓🎓

Congratulations to everyone who graduated in Carmarthen last week! We were especially proud to see so many of our Academy students graduate after being with us since their very first day.

Wishing you all the very best for the future—we can’t wait to see what you achieve next!

Llongyfarchiadau i bawb a raddiodd yng Nghaerfyrddin yr wythnos ddiwethaf! Roeddem yn arbennig o falch o weld cymaint o’n myfyrwyr yr Academi yn graddio ar ôl bod gyda ni ers eu diwrnod cyntaf.

Pob lwc i chi i gyd ar gyfer y dyfodol – edrychwn ymlaen at weld popeth y byddwch yn ei gyflawni!

🌟🌟 UWTSD SPORTS PERSON OF THE YEAR 🌟🌟 PCYDDS CHWARAEWR Y FLWYDDYN 🌟🌟

Our last award of the night, THE BIG ONE, definitely worth the wait 🌟🌟

🏆 2025/26 UWTSD Sports Person of the year award goes to:

** IESTYN WOOD**

A message from head of the academy Lee:
The winner of the final award of the evening received this award for their dedication they showed towards the academy and their sport.
One of the faces of UWTSD and their sport over the last 3 years and this individual is part of the first batch of students that have fully come through the Academy.
This person epitomises everything we stand for and has fully embraced the Academy of Sport concept. Their commitment to their team in all on field and off field aspects has been immense including being vice captain and captain over the last two seasons in a highly successful period for their team.
Alongside this and their studies this person has also juggled starting their own sports therapy practice and being a semi-professional rugby player in the SRC.

Llongyfarchiadau/Congratulations to Iestyn 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

🌟🌟 UWTSD INDIVIDUAL ATHLETE OF THE YEAR 🌟🌟 PCYDDS ATHLETWR UNIGOL Y FLWYDDYN 🌟🌟

Our next winner from Presentation Evening is for our individual athletes 🏃‍♀️🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️

🏆 2025/26 UWTSD Individual athlete of the year award goes to:

**BEKKA PRATT**

A message from head of Academy Lee:
The winner of this award has represented UWTSD at the BUCS Athletics National Championships both indoor and outdoor for the last two years. A masters degree student she completes in multiple athletic events. For example at this years BUCS Indoor National Championships in Sheffield she competed in the pole vault, 60m sprint, long jump and shot. She actually made the shot final with a personal best throw which is no mean feat considering there are Olympic athletes competing. She is another example of one of our students balancing studying for a higher degree while competing at an Elite level.

Llongyfarchiadau/Congratulations to Bekka 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
