Photos of our 12s and 13s up in Connahs Quay yesterday - many thanks to Connah's Quay Nomads FC for hosting the matches and thanks for allowing us to use these pictures too!

Despite a fantastic win against Merthyr last week, our under 12s were unable to record back to back wins and were beaten by a very good CQN side. Current champions, our under 13s, recorded their first win of the season with a morale boosting 5-3 winโ€ฆCelt Davies registered his first goals of the season with a brilliant hat trick. Oscar Evans got another goal for the season and new signing Loki Yellen scored his first goal in Gold too!

Fantastic squad picture of our under 16s before their win v Briton Ferry yesterday. Goals from Kai Blewitt, Joshua Collins, Dyfan James, Jacob Jeffries and Neo Gillane-Heywood were enough to seal a second win of the season for this talented group.

We are also proud and excited to launch our new sponsorship and partnership with โ€˜Cegin y Boblโ€™ for our under 16s too. This is a first for us where a local and brilliant charity have adorned the front of our gold shirts. Pictured with the players is Simon Wright, who is the strategy director at Cegin Y Bobl and also its creator.

Cegin y Bobl exists to transform Walesโ€™ relationship with food. They work to create a country where everyone has the knowledge and skills to feed themselves nutritious, delicious food. They believe that food addresses so many of the difficult issues we face today: diet-related diseases, isolation and anxiety, and the crisis in farming, biodiversity and the cost of living. Through the power of their programmes, they catalyse local and national government into action.

Itโ€™s a perfect partnership and one weโ€™re very proud to support. Nutrition is so important to a young sportsman and providing this awareness can only improve them as players and people too.

Congratulations to our under 13 player, Catrin Frank, who made her debut for the Cymru under 15 team last week in a tournament in Serbia.

Catrin was part of the squad that beat Israel 4-1 and Georgia 4-2, before drawing 0-0 with Serbia. This meant that Cymru won the competition!! Llongyfarchiadau ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ!

Well done, Catrin. Incredible stuff and making the most of these opportunities ๐Ÿ’ช.
