Pre-School Gymnastics, General Gymnastics, Women's Artistic Gymnastics, and Tumbling. The Gymnastics Centre in Crosshands is the home to all the squad gymnasts by invitation to train from 4.30pm - 7.30pm every

Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm however CSoG has satellite feeder classes in

💗 A heartfelt thank you 💗

What a lovely surprise to receive such a wonderful and thoughtful gift of fresh fruit last night! 🍓🍇🍊

Coach Caitlin was so proud to have been chosen to bring this very special present to me — and it really did feel like exactly what the doctor ordered for a speedy recovery🥰

I am so incredibly grateful for the love, kindness and best wishes from Darlene, Ela-Ray, Gracie, Henri, Leanna, Mabli-Celyn and Olivia. ❤️

It means the world to me, especially knowing that I have had the privilege of teaching all five of these wonderful gymnasts, all cousins who have travelled regularly such a long way to support CSoG, and I have watched them grow from my Pre-School classes, through our ‘At Home in Isolation’ training during the Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic, and now into competitive members of our CSoG Squad.

To see how far they have all come makes me incredibly proud and to receive such a thoughtful gesture from them during my recovery means more than I can put into words.

A huge congratulations to our fantastic CSoG gymnasts Florence and Luca on their well-deserved selection to represent 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 TEAM WALES 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 at the forthcoming International Loulé Tumbling Cup in Loulé, Portugal.

This is a fantastic achievement and a wonderful opportunity for you both to compete on the international stage and proudly represent your country.

What a truly lovely surprise and such an incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture from some of our amazing Performance Squad gymnasts and their mums. 🩷

I honestly feel so very humbled to have been thought of and showered with so much kindness and love, especially following my surgery.

The most beautiful white flower bouquet, a gorgeous white orchid plant that will bloom at this time every year, w**e and traditional Milk Tray chocolates… (all because the lady loves Milk Tray)🍫 🥂🍾♥️

Every single gift was so thoughtfully chosen and means more to me than you could ever know. But even more than the beautiful gifts, it is the thought, love and support behind them that has touched my heart.

I have received so many lovely messages of support, kindness and encouragement over the past 13 weeks, and I truly cannot thank everyone enough. It has meant the absolute world to me. 🩷

In honour of NATIONAL GYMNASTICS DAY❤️

From the outside, it might just look like a gymnast sitting on a mat… waiting for her turn to compete.

But when you’re her parent, you see so much more.

You see countless hours of training…
all for a routine that lasts about a minute.

You see the days she didn’t trust herself yet…
and the ones when she attacked a new skill like it was hers all along.

You see the practice pick-ups where she climbs into the car in tears over a skill she just couldn’t nail…
and the days she can’t wait to tell you she finally did.

You see the moments she wanted to quit…
and the ones when she chose to get back up and try again.

You see the moments when her nerves overwhelmed her…
and the ones when she learned she could feel them and still push through them.

The scores and the medals are part of it.
But we know they’re not the point.

It’s showing up when it’s hard.
It’s getting back up after a tough fall.
It’s challenging her body and defying fear.

And long after the competition ends, those lessons are what stay.

That’s what we see as parents every time she's out there.

And we hope one day, that's what she also sees in herself.

That no matter the score, or how many medals end up around her neck...

We hope she sees just how amazing she is♥️
