Congratulations to four Carmarthenshire Masters swimmers who took on the Big Bala Swim on the weekend. 4.5km for Alison, Katie and Charlie. And a huge 9km for Tim. Great swimming!

Another day of success at the Swim Wales Masters Championships. Double silver 🥈🥈 for the Mixed Freestyle relays in the 4x50m and 4x100m.

2nd place 🥈 for Gareth in the 200m Freestyle and 3rd in the 100m fly 🥉, and 2nd for Sian in the 50m Free 🥈.

Congratulations to everyone taking part!

Success for the ladies on the day 1 of the Swim Wales Masters Championships. 2nd place in the Ladies 200m Medley relay 🥈.

Individual swim wins for Alison in the 200 backstroke 🥇 and Sian in the 50 fly 🥇 and 3rd place in the 100 freestyle for Sian 🥉.

A group of 9 masters swimmers visited Swansea for a Long Course training session this weekend. A great effort by all and good preparation for upcoming racing.

NEW TRAINING TIMES!

Now that we have returned to swimming in Carmarthen Pool we are pleased to say we have a new earlier session time of 8-9pm on Thursdays. Our sessions are now Tuesdays 9-10pm, Thursdays 8-9m and Sundays 8-9am.

We welcome new members, please get in touch if you are interested in trying a session.

Congratulations to Masters swimmer Karl who completed the Swansea Ironman 70.3 with a really strong swim to start the day.

It's July, and despite the wind, rain and cold, our members have been bracing the open water swimming season.

Congratulations to Gill, Alison and Rhian who travelled to Llyn Padarn for a 3km swim. Well done to Alison for placing 1st in ages group!

Congratulations to Gerri on completing the Bantham Swoosh, a 6km in the Avon river into the estuary.
