If you are currently carrying too much timber then it doesn't have to start with smashing yourself in gym or attempting a run, both could leave feeling beat up, demoralised or even injured!

Sorry if it stings but less than 5000 steps a day is pathetic.

If you're awake 16 hours a day that equates to a mere 312.5 steps per hour! What are you, gaffer taped to a sofa?

If that's you then stop moaning you can't lose weight.
