Recently I did a poll on here asking people what they’d like help with before summer - and lots of you voted for fat loss (which I totally understand and will always support you with).
‼️However, what my coaching and beliefs are truly in line with goes much beyond fat loss - I am all about helping you feel more confident, more energised and more at home in your body - whether that includes some fat loss or not - without the process taking over your life.
In this free session I’ll walk you through a realistic approach to nutrition and training that supports fat loss, maintenance or simply feeling your best (which IMO is the best goal!), without the food stress, the restriction or the ‘all or nothing’ spiral.
So you can enjoy your summer fully and still feel amazing in your skin 💛 this summer and way beyond (because we don’t do short term fad diets that leave you in a worse place down the line).

A snapshot of a super special summer trip ☀️
It’s been so nice to switch off and have a break from day-to-day life, making memories with our little guy before he becomes a big bro!
There was lots of time spent at the pool (wow kids this age *really* like the pool don’t they 🤣), great food and coffee (always a prioritiy!) and also lots of time laying horizontally and reading my book thanks to having 2 of my wonderful parents come with us. The ratio of 4 adults to 1 child is so great 😅👌🏼
I’ll be back to my usual posting on here from tomorrow but wanted to share a little update from the past week before I get my head back in the work / Instagram / coaching game!
Ps. I know my last post on here said how I wouldn’t be training whilst away BUT when there’s a very cool beach gym down the road AND you have childcare for a change - me and Coach Matt | Getting Active Dads in Better Shape couldn’t resist a visit! And we loved it 🙌 (it was very much ‘I want to train’ not ‘I need to train’ scenario and we’re all about that!).
Pps. It makes me sad I feel like I need to hide my son’s face on here but with a public profile I feel it’s the right call. So please bare with the emoji use - I just really wanted to share a few snaps of him living his best life with us this past week ☺️

I shared this post last summer and I wanted to re-share it today as I head on holiday for the week, as everything still stands! (Apart from the fact my cold beers will be alcohol free ones this time 😅).
You don’t need strict rules or fancy diets to make longterm progress with your health goals - you need repeatable processes that you put into action each time life events pop up. So *SAVE* this one for when you head on your summer hols ☀️🙏⬇️
I’m on holiday this week - and I won’t be doing any workouts. No gym. No structured sessions. And absolutely no guilt!
I’m also going to enjoy the food and drinks I love without trying to “earn” them or restrict myself. But I’ll still be checking in with how I feel…because feeling good in my body while enjoying myself matters too.
Here’s how I’m approaching this week so I can rest, enjoy myself, and still feel good when I get home (swipe through ➡️).
One week off really doesn’t impact your progress…not when you’ve built a consistent routine and a healthy mindset over time.
REMEMBER: Taking a break isn’t falling off track. It’s part of the process 🙌
