So this is my first 10k run for over 10 months. Preparing for the has been bloody hard, having suffered a miniscus injury in my right knee 4 months ago. It’s still not 100% with the post run stiffness and aches, but I can finally start pushing myself again and it feels fu***ng great 👊 I can’t wait to see what time I get as I have no idea, it’s literally a mystery 😂 Roll on September 1st!!!
💥SQUAT💥
Squatting into the 2019, wishing I wore a cap to cover my reverse hair line fade but the tear in my tights prove my legs have grown from an xtra small to a small boys 😂 Jokes aside though, squats are one of my favourite compound exercises to really feel my whole body working.

💥Park run 5k💥
Decent run with a new PB!
I’ve been running solo since September so I felt good running with and against others today because it has been a while and I was fu***ng nervous at the start. I took off far to quick and needed to recover on my third K (bloody idiot!)
I’m obviously happy with my time, however my running could be better and I need to to be consistent 😂

💥Back on the K’s💥
Felt good yesterday completing a 5k in under 20 mins 👊 I haven’t been running consistently in 6 weeks!! I’ve actually only managed 4 runs in that time, however I’m extremely happy I’m close to my best....but now it’s time to be consistent 🤙
💥Deadlift sesh💥
Small vid of my deadlift sesh from Sunday. This is my last and fifth set of 5’s.
Repping 120kg, focusing on keeping my shoulders pinned back and maintaining my grip which began to slip on my final rep 😐 Oh well I just need to keep lifting 👊

Set a new PB today which I’m happy about after only running twice in 2 weeks, however it was on a treadmill and not outside.... So it’s cheating 😂
The time would been a touch quicker than recorded as it takes around 10 seconds to get up to pace!
Still looking for a sub 19 on Saturday at the Lymington park run 💪

My quickest time outside of a race, however the run felt rather slow and I struggled for consistency with my splits!
I’m still improving though and I may have to purchase some new running shoes for an extra spring in my step 🤙

Work the abs, burn the chest and strengthen your core 💪
*Little tip, tilt your pelvis forward and hold your abs tight to avoid placing pressure on your lower back... Happy rolling 🤙
