Sadly we’re at the end of our season so have a swipe back to see some of the highlights from this year!!

Welsh National Korfball League Results 🏆

The end of another Korf Year means another Welsh National League round-up!

This year we introduced a lot of new players to Korfball and as a team really progressed throughout the season.

Massive shout out to Emma Robertson at the end of her first season for featuring in the top 3 across all 4 categories and Jess Parsons-Hann at the end of her first season for topping the 2s goalscorers for the season!

We also managed to secure 3/4 of the big awards from the league awards. Shoutout to-
- Lizzy Morgan- Top Female Goalscorer for Welsh National League 1
- Luke Navarra- Top Male Goalscorer for Welsh National League 1
- Hannah Bailey- Most Female MVPs for Welsh National League 2

We concluded the Welsh League season with competing for Welsh Plate. With everyone absolutely smashing it throughout the day and even some players playing their first ever games we managed to retain the plate!! A massive success and credit to the players and the coaching team for all their hard work during the day and throughout this season!

This concludes the end of another very successful Korfball season for Cardiff University Korfball Club! Bring on next season 💪

It’s finally here!!! Our freshers tournament has been confirmed for the 24th October 2026!

Key info-
- Entry Fees- £100 for 1st team, £90 for additional teams
- Teams- must be composed of at least 1/2 new players (started within last year)- makes it fair for everyone!
- Refs- each
- Social- tbf in Cardiff
- Accommodation- available on request (contact for more details)
