Quarantine, Day 7...⁣

I'm not the most productive person, especially when I've got too much free time on my hands... 😅⁣

But I've finally finished my website!! I say "I", but I haven't done much myself, I was lucky enough to be surrounded by a bunch of amazing people:⁣

‼️Question time‼️⁣

While working out by yourself, would you rather have a trainer coming to you to correct your technique or leave you be (even if it's really bad and you risk an injury) ⁉️⁣

It's a genuine question as I've had more people looking at me like "who the hell are you" than people interested in what I had to say...⁣

So I don't bother anymore, even if I often struggle to restrain myself... 😅⁣

I'm simply wondering if I should keep doing that... 😁⁣

So I've finally decided to work on a website and if you're old and have limited tech skills like I do, it's quite complicated... to put it middly😅⁣

Thanksfully I've got a talented brother who does it for a living (), an amazing and very resourceful friend for pictures & videos, and great clients/friends who played models for a couple of hours ( ).⁣

The website will provide "Very Personal Online Training" as well as a "12 Weeks Workout Plan" to tone up / get lean for summer🏝️☀️⁣

I might have found the secret formula to increase muscle mass & max strength... 👀🤫⁣

4 months of following this "protocol" and I've increased my 5 RM by 25kg... ⁣
(Still a bit of swing here & there but I'll take it😂!!)⁣

110kg, that's 1.5 times my bodyweight... How much would you have to lift🤔??⁣

Nice little chest/core finisher I gave to my Core class last Wednesday⁣
2 days left to come up with 5 different exercises... 🤔⁣

And that's the smoothest transition to give you all the times of my classes ( unless specified):⁣

- Tuesday 7:00am: X-fit (CrossFit style workout) ⁣
- Wednesday 12:05pm: JD Burn (Circuit workout) ⁣
- Wednesday 12:40pm: Abs & Core (Circuit workout 100% core focused) ⁣
- Wednesday 6:30pm: Circuit workout ⁣()
- Thursday 12:15pm: Bootcamp ⁣
- Thursday 7:30pm: Spin (for students only) ⁣
- Friday 5:45pm: Spin ⁣
