We only run these twice a year, so if busy classes feel a little daunting, this is the perfect place to start.

Vicky will explain, encourage and support you every step of the way, with plenty of time to learn the exercises, get comfortable with the equipment and build your confidence.
Small group. No pressure. No judgement. Just a great way to get started. 💚

We’re now an official pick up point for Growing Well organic crop share scheme and our first boxes have arrived. 🙌🏻🎉 If you’d like to be in the share please get in touch. Boxes can be collected on Thursday evenings, Friday Mornings or Saturday mornings. All seasonal and a great charity.
