WE ARE BACK 🥊

Folks a few changes have been made this year, unfortunately we cannot facilitate the kid's class this year and will be running 1 class from the age of 11+

There will also be a circuit class starting shortly on a Tuesday evening open for the same age, group 11+

In September and October Sophia Woods Fitness will be running classes and PT sessions throughout the day every Thursday From 8-5. Get in touch

Membership fee of £20 must be paid by all.
Boxing Class sessions £5 per week or £3 a session.
Ladies class £3
Circuit class £3

Great night for opening up the doors and taking the training outside 🥊🥊

Bailey fought with his heart last night in the County Antrim Open senior quarterfinal, coming up short against last year’s winner. Valuable experience gained 🏰🥊

We had 3 relay teams in for the Belfast Marathon this morning. All 3 teams done exceptionally well with some running more than their own leg. Out of the 3047 relay teams entered Castle Boxers finished in a respectable 163rd place🥊 Well done Team Castle🏃‍➡️🏃‍➡️
