Unfortunately, I'm ill and have been to rest by the doctor so Pilates is cancelled this week and I won't be taking on any more sports massage appointments. Hopefully back to normal next week ☺

Well done to one of my clients Denise Wells, who not only ran her first 10k on Sunday, but she ran it in an amazing time of 65mins which was the number she had her mind on!

Denise got treatments several weeks leading up to the storming the castle and all the hard work and treatments paid off!
