Some exciting news in our Whiteabbey club.

We now have a PAY AS YOU GO option giving non-members access to our incredible classes as well. You can book and pay online for all classes the day before by using the link below.

For the remainder of August all classes are only £4, so come along and experience the incredible atmosphere at our Whiteabbey club.

Saturday is not only the launch of the new incredible releases at our Whiteabbey club, we are also having an Open Day allowing non-members to experience the incredible buzz in the club for free. We have provided spaces in the following classes: -

9.45am Spin - 5 places
10.15am BodyAttack - 10 places
11.45am BodyCombat - 5 places
12.45pm Zumba - 10 places

If you are considering coming to see what we are about, or a current member that is trying to drag a friend down, Saturday is the day to do it.

There is no day like LAUNCH DAY!!!

As a number of you will have heard we have been delayed with our planning application for our proposed Carrickfergus site. We hoped to already have it passed giving us time to build the new facility in time for early 2013. As it transpires it is going to take longer than anticipated. Due to this fact it is not tenable to run our trial classes in the YMCA from immediate effect.

We have had many requests about coming up to our Whiteabbey facility, and we are pleased to offer those that attended the YMCA a trial for the month of November for only £20. Simply Class Whiteabbey has over 55 classes per week throughout 2 fantastic studios as well as a state of the art fitness suite.

We have an issue with the hall tomorrow, therefore classes are not on in the YMCA tomorrow. Everyone is welcome to come to Whiteabbey though.

Come up and see the original Simply Class in flow full with 50+ in these classes.

We are releasing the new programmes from next week so get ready for the new BodyCombat, BodyAttack, CXWORX, & Sh'bam.

Remember, no classes Saturday due to our big event. See you all on Monday!

There will be no classes on Saturday. This is due to all our team being at our huge Launch Event in Belfast.

We have flown across members of the Les Mills National Presenting Team to team up with our guys to deliver these programmes to near 200 people!!
