It's almost over now though - classes start back on:
Wednesday 4th September 6pm - 7:30pm (open classes) and
Thursday 5th September 6:30pm - 8pm (Adults)
New students welcome, all ages, all fitness levels.

No classes this week at Castleford, but for anyone interested we'll be raiding Sensei Al's class at Ferrybridge Community Centre on Friday (6-7.30pm)

No-Nonsense Karate Classes
I'm not looking for 10 people who want to get fitter.
I'm not even looking for 5.
I'm just looking for you.
Here's the deal:
Come on down, give it a go. If you like it, come again. If you don't, you don't have to. There's no pressure to keep training; we're not going to twist your arm*. No blocks of classes to pay for, no direct debits. Pay when you train, don't pay when you don't. The rest is up to you.
*Ok, we might twist your arm, but we'll also show you the correct way to twist someone else's arm.

Great first night for the new beginners class last night with 3 new starters. A few people realising that their brain - limb coordination isn't quite as good as they thought it was. That's the same for nearly everyone on the first lesson though.
It doesn't matter how unfit or uncoordinated you think you are, everyone starts from somewhere and the biggest step is turning up for your first lesson.
