Clubbercise Castleford with Claire Easy-to-follow dance routines to club anthems from 90's to today with glow sticks & disco lights! Get fit and have fun! What happens in a Clubbercise class?

A dance fitness class with easy to follow routines using glow sticks to club classics from the nineties to now. After checking in you’ll be given a set of rave glow sticks. We darken the room, get the Laser lights & disco lights going and start with a simple warm up routine. Then we work up a sweat dancing to club classics from the 90′s to recent dance anthems. The routines are easy to follow and always have high or low impact options. What should I wear/bring? No heels! Just trainers and sportswear/streetwear/fitness clothing... something you can dance/rave in... and make sure you bring some water. Do I need to be an experienced dancer? Having rhythm helps but we deliberately make our routines easy to follow so anyone can have a go. Do I need to be fit? A reasonable level of fitness would help but we do teach high and low impact options so our classes are fine if you’re just starting out
on a fitness regime or if you’re already a fitness freak!

For anyone who's never been or for anyone that has been thinking of coming back here's a reminder of what clubbercise is.

🌈Clubbercise is a fun, high-energy dance fitness class that brings a nightclub vibe to your workout🌈

What to Expect

🩵Atmosphere: Classes take place in a dark room with disco lights, lasers, and glowing lights.

❤️Music: You dance to club anthems and chart hits, ranging from 1990s dance classics to today's top songs.

🧡Glow Sticks: Participants use the official Clubbercise trademark flashing LED glow sticks, which also give your arms an extra workout.

💛Routines: The choreography mixes dance, toning, and combat moves. Instructors show high-impact and low-impact choices so anyone can join.

💚No Judgment: The dark room helps you let go and focus on fun without feeling self-conscious.

Wednesday's clubbercise class will be changing venue. Classes will now be held at Airedale Methodist church. Every Wednesday 7pm-8pm.

Monday's clubbercise classes will remain at the hut in Airedale 😊 7pm-8pm

Classes start back at the hut next Monday the 7th September and at Airedale Methodist church on Wednesday the 9th September

I've been up since 4am doing the car boot so I'm tired and grumpy 😂 but there is no rest for the wicked as I've got lots of important updates coming today. So keep an eye on the page!

Don't forget the hut is closed tonight so there will be no class. I can't wait to get back to it next week!!
