A dance fitness class with easy to follow routines using glow sticks to club classics from the nineties to now. After checking in you’ll be given a set of rave glow sticks. We darken the room, get the Laser lights & disco lights going and start with a simple warm up routine. Then we work up a sweat dancing to club classics from the 90′s to recent dance anthems. The routines are easy to follow and

I've made the decision to cancel tonight's class. Really sorry to anyone that was planning on coming along.
With England playing tonight and with the nice weather I have a feeling it will be really quiet (from previous experience it always is) I really can't afford to run at a loss. I hope you all understand ❤️

Hi everyone. I'm so sorry to do this at short notice especially on a busy Monday.
I haven't felt great all day but thought I would be fine to teach. However over the past few hours I've felt really sick and I've had to go get in bed! 😔 Which is not like me at all.
I'm so sorry to let everyone down, I hate cancelling.
