We are so excited to be bringing you our very first wellness morning collaboration. Join us on 23rd August for a morning of reformer Pilates, gentle yoga and delicious açaí bowls.

You can choose to start your morning with reformer pilates or gentle yoga, then swap over after a short break. Both sessions end together, and you will finish with chance to relax and enjoy your acai bowls.

Everything is beginner friendly and you don't need to bring anything with you, just yourself.
