Your jiu-jitsu has improved massively over the last few weeks, especially your pressure passing. Your hard work is really starting to show during sparring!

As one of our Junior Assistant Coaches, it’s brilliant to see you helping the younger children take their first steps onto the mats and being like a big sister to them.
