I’m delighted to let everyone know I am resuming my yoga classes in the Lodge in Castlewellan after the summer break.
We are starting back next week Tuesday 1st September 7pm and
Thursday 3rd at 10am.
My classes are drop in and suitable for beginners.
If you are thinking of starting a practice or returning after a break this is a good time to drop in and try some yoga.

I am just coming on to let you know that my Thursday morning yoga class are back as from this Thursday 20th March. As some of you know I took a break to be with my mam over the past few months. Mammy passed away very peacefully a couple of weeks ago & I feel very blessed to have had the time with her. I am going to just get back to the Thursday mornings
(10am in the lodge Castlewellan)
and I will get the Tuesday evenings back in a few weeks. My classes as still drop in and they are beginner friendly. If you want any further info you can PM me. Namaste 🙏

Hi everyone, just to let you know my Yoga classes will be resuming in the lodge, Castlewellan this September. Starting this week on Thursday 2nd September at 10am and next Tuesday 7th at 7pm. My classes are suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome. We are lucky to have a large airy space with good ventilation and although I have always operated a drop in policy I would suggest to contact me beforehand so I can arrange the space in accordance with the guidelines.
