75% of our huddle is fuelled by the 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 of females & the other 25% is truly 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 by each of them 💪🏻

As if 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 was some sort of grocery list needing checked off!

But very few souls ever ask 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆.

𝘚𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘺, 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘨𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦, 𝘶𝘯𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘻𝘦? 🎮

When all is said & done, no one will remember us for our valuables - but everyone will remember the infectious smile, energy, kindness & reflective happiness we owned 🥰

Opening HQs every day, training alongside my 𝖿𝗋𝗂𝖾𝗇𝖽𝗌, sharing healthy habits & lifestyles in such a 𝗉𝗈𝗌𝗂𝗍𝗂𝗏𝖾 environment has to be up there with the 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 as a Coach 💚
