Full class this morning!!
Happiness in my heart!
Just love to see all these bodies moving and getting stronger!
And the best moment is after the class, when they come to you and say: thank you, loved the class, feel much better 😊😊 It just makes my day!!

These pictures were taken in my 7am class at a leisure centre (Nuffield).

But you will find the same class at any of my mat pilates class (see picture for times).

Hi everyone! 😊

I’m opening bookings today for the next block.

I’ve added two new classes at Grove Park (Monday at 12:30pm & Thursday at 2:10pm)

Full time table:
🔅Monday 12.30pm Grove Park- open level NEW
🔅Tuesday 9am Grove Park- open level
🔅Tuesday 10.50am Catford - Adults & Babies
🔅Tuesday 11.50am Catford - open level
🔅Thursday 2.10pm Grove Park - open level NEW

Hopefully one of these new sessions will be helpful for you! Of course, I’ll also be keeping the Tuesday sessions as usual (see poster for times and locations & Abbotshall HLC )

If you would like to book twice a week, I’m offering a discount: £10 per session instead of £11. Payment is required for the full block in advance.

Please text me if you would like to book next block, and confirm which day(s), dates and time(s) you would like.

Please note: The Monday classes will start one week later, on 14th September, due to the grammar school test taking place that day. Therefore, there will be 6 Monday sessions instead of 7.

Thank you, and I hope to see you in the next block! 😊
