Really enjoying this 5 point athletic test, I call it fire power. Clients of mine will start seeing appear on their apps. Anything over 500 is a decent score, only a few people have broke 600.
Score system
Bench - percentage of body weight
Broad jump - 1/2 point per CM
Pull up - 10 points per rep
Dead hang - 1 point per second
Cal Row - 4 points per Calorie
