Yet another fantastic weekend for the KPR boys taking 1st, 2nd and 3rd in all 3 heats and the final setting fastest laps in every race.

Oliver Appleby took a clean sweep this weekend at Buckmore taking all race wins as well as the fastest lap in every race.

Sammy Mileham had a very solid day also taking 2nd in all races even with the mixed grids improving his pace all day.

Despite Ben Cowley having over a month out of the seat, Ben did an amazing job to also secure a podium in all the races, and also showed his great race craft coming through the field.

All the drivers would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at Medway Valley Kart Club - MVKC for another well run weekend, and a special thanks to Grice Racing Engines for the unmatched power they supply to us!

Yet Another successful weekend for KPR Motorsport at GYG this weekend, with double podiums at both round 3 and 4.

Round 3 on Saturday saw KPR’s Chris Thomas take P3 in the final, after showing very competitive pace on Friday testing and throughout the whole of the weekend.

Oliver Appleby managed to secure P2 at Round 3, despite only having completed one day of testing at the circuit on the Friday with a massive thanks to Grice Racing Engines for the great power supplied at the weekend.

Sammy Mileham had a difficult end to round 3 after a nose cone penalty dropped him down to P12 in the Final. Despite this Sammy still showed amazing pace on his first visit to GYG posting fastest laps of the race.

Round 4 saw KPR’s Oliver Appleby and Chris Thomas take another 1-2 victory in the final after both showing strong pace throughout the changeable conditions during the day, with the pair having a 2.5 second lead over P3.

Mileham showed even stronger pace come Sundays round 4 finishing the final in P6, making some outstanding moves to get through the pack.

KPR’s Chris Thomas had a clean sweep this weekend at Rowrah for rounds 1 and 2 of the Super One 2022 Series, taking all heat and final wins, with fastest laps as well, a massive well done to Chris for being untouchable.

Oliver Appleby managed to bring it home in P2 on the final of round 1 after Starting P5, and a P3 at round 2 after some close battles, with a massive thanks to Grice Racing Engines for the power.

Sammy Mileham had very competitive pace on Fridays practice, however had a difficult start to the racing weekend with a broken seat stay weld. Despite this, by the end end of the weekend Sammy did a great job and his pace was back and finished a very respectable P7 on a very tough grid.

After a clean sweep for the team at both Buckmore Park and Super One, we are back to Buckmore Park next weekend to see if we can do it all again.

Perfect Weekend for KPR Motorsport

A podium lockout for the KPR 177 drivers at Buckmore Park this weekend, winning the final 15 seconds ahead of the competition! As well as a final win, we also managed to win all the heats. A big well done to the 3 drivers there this weekend.

Another couple of great pre season test days for the team at PFI. A big well done to Sammy Mileham for showing amazing pace, finding over 3 seconds and being well within one second of the fastest 162 drivers there, with both Ben Cowley and Oliver Appleby posting very fast lap times throughout the day, it was a great way to end the winter testing before the first round of the MVKC Winter Shakedown in a few weeks time.
