It was our honour to welcome two of our students into the coloured belt world last night, these two boys have put a lot of work in over the past couple of years but the recent improvements have been clear and evident.
We look forward to seeing you continue to improve, finding your own unique style, and competing at a higher level.

What an absolutely fantastic session this evening. Flow rolls to warm up, a couple of really simple takedowns and rounds with a specific personal goal. The energy in the room this evening was off the charts. # you to each of you for your time 🤙🏻

Nice little team day out yesterday at London, we entered with two fort timers and we came a way a couple of wins and one silver medal. Overall a good day, very proud of this team.

A good Tuesday night Gi session down at , last night we covered two on one with the Russian tie, a couple of nice simple takedowns and some Gi chokes from the back.
