Even though our last exam was nearly a month ago the final results were given out last night!

WOW what an incredible session by the IDTA International Dance Teachers Association! We are very proud to keep our high standard of 100% pass rate & this time we had a staggering 83 Honours! I’m so proud of all of you!

Thank you to the IDTA for running another stress free examination session! And a MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS sent to 4 of my pupils who achieved the qualifying mark by the examiner to get through to the prestigious IDTA FREESTYLE Scholarships next May! What an achievement in itself! 😱🥳

Many many congratulations to each & everyone of you who took part in Freestyle, Street & Line Dance exams - solos, duos & teams! You were all amazing & I’m so so proud of you! 🏆🥳🎉🥰❤️ # # #

You were all absolutely INCREDIBLE! To get compliments from the Competition Director & photography company to say how much they were impressed by our routines & how much we are improving year after year really does mean the world!

We started our FYD journey with entering just 3 groups 6 seasons ago to our biggest entry yet last weekend with 34 routines from just 18 of us! 😱 Wow! And not only that but we came away with an astonishing 31 1st Places & 3 2nd Places, along with numerous Judges Choice & Title Awards! 😱😱

Wow! The Easter Holidays went by very quickly indeed… I hope everyone had lots of fun. 😊

Here at The Anderson School of Dance it’s been non-stop during half term with joint classes, ‘Mini Me & Me’ specials, lots of private lessons for exams & comp & lots of comp rehearsals too! 😱💃😊

Here’s a snippet of our Easter Special ‘Mini Me & Me’ adult & child classes. All of the feedback was absolutely amazing & everyone loved them! 🤩 Can’t wait until next time! 💕 It was so lovely to see families come together & enjoy their love of dance, smiling & having lots of fun! 😍 That’s what life is all about after all.
