In December 2021, I had a consultation with a potential new client who's goals were to lose weight and complete a triathlon before she was 40. I worked with her for 6/7 months before she got the confidence to work on her own. With constant contact and updates I supported her as she continued to drop 3 stone in weight and was there as she completed her first triathlon yesterday completing both her initial goals. I know she is planning other events in the future and look forward to seeing her further progress. Well done Kat Kings Fitness & Leisure
