📣WE ARE RECRUITING📣

We are now looking for additional Support Worker’s to join our friendly team, providing support and care to Adults in the community.

We currently have shifts available.

Hours: 7am-2pm or 3:30pm-11pm

Full and Part time considered, with all positions working every other weekend.

All driver’s must hold a full driving licence, insurance and have access to a car.

Our aim is to provide an excellent tailored service, ensuring all individuals can remain in their own home surrounded by their loved ones, with our support.

Are you compassionate, and able to show dignity and respect to people that you support aswell as other members of our team?
Do you have patience and understanding?
Do you have good communication skills?
Do you have a good sense of humour?

The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. Our Service User’s are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such.

What we can offer you:

• Ongoing online academy training and progression to NVQ’s.
• Specialist training when required.
• In-house moving and handling training.
• Ongoing support, professional development and regular supervisions.
• All Uniform and PPE will be provided.
• Monthly fuel bonus for drivers.
• Company mobile phone for work use on completion of probationary period.
• Refer a friend scheme available.
• We will pay for your Enhanced DBS check as all of our positions will require you to have one.

• Rate’s of pay:
£12.50 per hour weekdays.
£13.50 per hour weekends and B/H.
Double pay on Christmas Day.
