Adrian set himself the goal of getting a full rope climb. We have worked for 5 weeks, little by little to make this goal a reality. It actually came quicker than we thought it would and that is all down to his amazing attitude π

Helen Walsh
Helen came to me over lockdown 2.0 wanting to improve her strength in her shoulders, pressing and general upper body with the ultimate goal of improving her hand stand push ups π
Anyone who knows Helen will know that not only is she one of the loveliest people going but sheβs super committed to improving... and these past 4 weeks have shown exactly that! πͺ
Here we have Helen performing her very first ever set of βdeficit press-upsβ which means she has to get her chest lower and therefore work harder to get out of the bottom position that usual. π
Alongside press up work and a LOT of weighted pressing movements, Helen has gone from being able to count her full press ups on one hand to being able to perform double digits and above for multiple sets with impeccable technique! πππ

One of Peteβs main goals was to build his upper body strength πͺ One milestone that we really wanted to get to was multiple βfull bodyβ press ups.
To put this in context - when I first started with Pete in August he struggled to achieve over 5 reps on his knees. π«
Fast forward a couple of months and a brilliant lockdown 2.0 for Pete has seen his upper body strength vastly improve! πππ
When I say βfull bodyβ press ups I mean not on his knees... the technique on these two reps shown in the video is so controlled and so strict itβs great to see π
Notice how his elbows donβt flare out to the sides, his shoulders are stacked directly above his wrists and his core is brace and engaged π
