15 years of doing classes and 5.5 years of Pure Imaginations and I have NEVER done this before… 😳

But I’m coming back to classes this Christmas term, it feels like the start of a whole new chapter and apparently I’ve decided we should celebrate by going BIG 😂

It’s such a hard place to be in!!

I am genuinely really looking forward to coming back to running Pure Imaginations classes I created and enjoying connecting with parents, having so much fun, enjoying being just Gemma for a few days and not having to think about all the things things that comes with being a SAHM / working from home mum.

But I’m sat here with my son cuddle on my chest slowly drifting off for nap, and right now, all I can think about is that I only have three weeks of this. How much I’m going to miss of his little life. The mum friends I have I’m not going to see - even his swimming class I am going to miss as it’s on a Monday!

It’s like pre mum me and mum me are battling it out and it’s a bit overwhelming with so many emotions.

How did you feel? Any advice?

Look, I’m not saying this is how we’ve built such a lovely little community at Pure Imaginations… but I’m also not saying it isn’t…. 🤫😂

In all seriousness though, I genuinely LOVE the people who find their way through our doors. The chats, the friendships, so many lovely faces coming back term after term 🥹

And somehow we’re nearly at Christmas term already?! 🎄

I will always remember this picture of a random person who stopped me while I was feeding my 2 month old daughter in costa after our Pure Imaginations class with Gemma. She took my phone and said “I never had enough photos of me and my baby and I don’t want the same to be for you!”

I will try and remember this with my little boy - I cannot wait 🥹

Summer is over 😭

The holidays may have taken our money, our routines and any remaining concept of what day it is…
