Strength training through pregnancy doesn’t have to stop - it just evolves 🤰🏻💪🏻
This amazing woman joined me before pregnancy, discovered she was expecting and chose to continue training safely and sensibly throughout.
Now in the final stretch of trimester 3 and still showing up, moving her body and prioritising her strength.
Watching clients adapt rather than quit will never not make me proud 🥹

1 YEAR OF GLUTE GAINS and how I did it ✨
I didn’t grow my glutes by accident.
And I definitely didn’t do it by hopping between workouts or chasing the burn.
What most people miss is the consistency behind growth:
• Training with intent, not ego
• Eating enough to actually support growth
• Being patient enough to let the work compound
Glute growth isn’t about finding a “secret exercise”.
It’s about doing the basics well, for long enough.
